Dr. Megan Ziskovsky was born and raised in Saint Paul, Minnesota. She graduated from the University of Saint Thomas in Minnesota with degrees in Biology and Spanish. Following the completion of her undergraduate studies and a year long program in massage therapy, Dr. Megan relocated to Portland where she worked part-time as a Licensed Massage Therapist while she attended Western States Chiropractic College. Dr. Megan Ziskovsky received her Doctorate of Chiropractic (DC) degree in 2005.
Dr. Megan first worked at the Center for Chiropractic and Pain Rehabilitation (CCPR) in 2005 as an intern with Dr. Art Walker. For the next two years, Dr. Megan worked at Portland Chiropractic Group. Upon Dr. Walker’s retirement after 26 years of practice, he invited Dr. Megan to return and take over his practice. Dr. Megan has been back at CCPR since she accepted this offer in 2007.
With a holistic, comprehensive, and conservative approach to treatment, Dr. Megan enjoys treating patients of all ages. She believes that the body has the innate ability to heal itself. With chiropractic care in addition to a healthy lifestyle, diet, and exercise program, the body can function optimally and thrive. Dr. Megan enjoys providing wellness care as well as treating patients with acute pain, sports injuries, chronic pain and a great variety of different conditions.
Dr. Megan has a special interest in treating children; she has completed a year of post-graduate training in Chiropractic Pediatrics and Pregnancy Care through the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association and is certified in Chiropractic Pediatrics (FICPA). She is a certified practitioner of the Graston Technique®, an instrument assisted soft tissue therapy which effectively breaks down fascial adhesions and scar tissue. Additionally, Dr. Megan has completed training in Craniosacral Therapy though the Upledger Institute.

In her free time, Dr. Megan Ziskovsky enjoys traveling, hiking, cooking, camping, practicing yoga, gardening, playing Scrabble, skiing, fusing glass, surfing and spending time outdoors in the beautiful Pacific Northwest.
