Acupuncture: A holistic healthcare system focusing on preventative health, enhancing immunity, and supporting physical and emotional well being.

Benefits of acupuncture include:
  • Suppresses the "flight-or-fight" system and actives the parasympathetic nervous system - responsible for resting, digesting and healing
  • Stimulates the release of endorphins, hormones responsible for relieving pain
  • Regulates the effect on mood altering neuropeptides such as melatonin, serotonin and dopamine
  • Creates a sense of relaxation and an improved overall state-of-mind
  • Strengthens immunity by regulating the nervous system

Cupping: A bodywork modality that improves circulation of blood & lymph to promote healing. Sessions can be combined with acupuncture or as a stand-alone treatment.

Cupping therapy provides:
  • Musculoskeletal support: pain, scar tissue, injuries, muscle tension, limited range of motion and arthritis. These ailments are seen as a type of stagnation in the muscle and fascia creating knots and trigger points that prevent proper function. Cupping helps to disperse the stagnation and increase blood flow to the area so the injury receives the proper nutrients and oxygen for healing.
  • Respiratory support: common cold, asthma, bronchitis, pneumonia, allergies and phlegm congestion. Cups placed on the back over the lungs help improve immune function and respiratory conditions by moving blood and lymphatic fluid throughout the body, as well as eliminating toxins.

Celluma (LED) Light Therapy: LED phototherapy is the application of light energy to tissue to obtain therapeutic benefits. The energy is used to improve cellular performance. Based on NASA research and FDA approved, Celluma delivers blue, red and near-infrared light energy simultaneously to treat a wide variety of conditions.

Benefits from Celluma (LED) Light Therapy are:
  • Pain management: increases micro-circulation and tissue repair, decreases inflammation and pain, reduces stiffness, muscle spasms, tension and joint pain, treats arthritis and promotes post-surgical healing
  • Anti-aging: increases collagen and elastin production, reduces the look of fine lines and wrinkles, improves skin firmness and resilience
  • Acne: destroys acne-causing bacteria, clears up existing blemishes, prevents future breakouts and restores the skin’s healthy, smooth, and radiant appearance
  • Wound healing: accelerates tissue repair and wound closure
