Doreen Plischke, LMT, CCADoreen implements various techniques into her individually tailored massage sessions. She uses a variety of therapies including Myofascial Release, Deep Tissue massage, Ashiatsu, Swedish, Shiatsu, Trigger Point Therapy and Cupping. Doreen uses active and passive stretching in her sessions to support the body's recovery and healing process. Doreen's holistic approach to massage integrates structural alignment as well as the importance of physical and mental well-being. This leads to sustaining balance of the body, mind, and soul. Sarah Maag, LMT, CCASarah M. utilizes deep tissue, Tui Na, neuromuscular techniques and joint mobilization to help patients with chronic and post-traumatic pain feel their best. With extensive prenatal training, she enjoys walking alongside active, stressed and fatigued parents throughout the pre and postnatal season. During a session with Sarah M. you can expect intuitive touch, mindful breath-work and follow up movement suggestions. She studied 1000 hours of coursework to attain her original license in New York State before making Portland her home. When not massaging, Sarah M. likes to bake, travel with her husband and read books with her 3 young children. LMT#26550

With the aid of therapies such as cupping and gua sha, Sarah B. takes a patient approach to tissue release that helps relax the body and the mind.
