Sarah is a Portland native and has been licensed since 2000 and has been at our clinic as a massage therapist and assisting Dr. Megan since 2008. William Neighbors, LMT, CCAWilliam incorporates Shiatsu, Deep Tissue, and Sports Massage techniques that are effective in helping patients recover from injuries, in providing stress relief and with aiding in the recovery from the aches and pains of daily life. Tabitha Eckes, LMT, CCATabitha incorporates myofascial, deep tissue, neuromuscular, Swedish and structural bodywork into her sessions. Her belief and approach to wellness is that no one body is the same, and as such, they respond uniquely to different bodywork techniques. Tabitha's overarching goal is to promote rehabilitation through massage and bodywork which can increase self-awareness, relaxation, and stress reduction. It is her hope that through a series of bodywork sessions, she can help her patients decrease pain, increase mobility, and spark the idea that the mind/body.spirit connection is what aids the recovery process. Doreen Plischke, LMT, CCADoreen implements various techniques into her individually tailored massage sessions. She uses a variety of therapies including Myofascial Release, Deep Tissue massage, Ashiatsu, Swedish, Shiatsu, Trigger Point Therapy and Cupping. Doreen uses active and passive stretching in her sessions to support the body's recovery and healing process. Doreen's holistic approach to massage integrates structural alignment as well as the importance of physical and mental well-being. This leads to sustaining balance of the body, mind, and soul.
